How to Find True Love?

Lets talk about TRUE LOVE!!!

Have you ever wondered if True Love exists or not! Let's be Honest, everyone does think about its existence, but only few people find it in real life. Love makes life beautiful & when that Love is True and Pure you can achieve the best out of yourself! I believe that everyone deserves Love. But sometimes it feels like True Love is just a fantasy that we can only imagine about. There are people who say that they are enjoying True Love with their forever love & also there are people who say that True Love doesn't exist at all..., while some others say that True Love can happen again and again!

Before Knowing if True Love exists or not, let's know the meaning of True Love first.

What is True Love? 

Biblically, John 14:6 says "I am the Way and the Truth and the Light" and 1John 4:16 says "God is Love". So this shows that Love is the Way and the Truth and the Light, which means one can attain Truth by choosing Love as a way to get away from Darkness and find Light in Life!

 

And the meaning of Love here is (as per 1Cor 13:4-8) 

"Love is Patient & Kind

  Love is not Envious or Boastful or Arrogant or Rude

  Love does not Insist on its Own Way

  Love is not Irritable or Resentful

  Love does not Rejoice in Wrong doing

  But rejoices in the Truth

  Love bares all Things

  Love Believes all things

  Love Hopes all things

  Love Endure all things

  Love Never Dies"

This is one of the Best Definitions I've ever found that defines Love in its utmost Perfection! 

Bhagavad Gita (Hindu Scripture) says a lot about the importance of Love through this Scripture:

"Do everything you have to do, but not with Greed, not with Ego, not with Lust, not with Envy, but with Love, Compassion, Humility & Devotion"

"But of all, I could name, verily love is the highest. Love & devotion that make one forgetful of everything else, Love that unites the Lover with me"

In Short, it says that Love is the Key to all doors!

Quran defines Love as "A gift from the Creator for his Creation"

Even when we refer any other religious texts, we are gonna find similar definitions. You can consider any definition you like..., but Ultimately Love is Love & plays very important role in everyone's Life!

Hence comes the real question...,

Does True Love Exist?

Well..., after knowing the definitions of Love, its hard to say that it doesn't exist!

Because its true that we've been experiencing its different forms in our daily life.

The Love we receive from our Parents, Siblings, Friends & to be true, sometimes we even receive Love and compassion from complete strangers who help us when we are in need at the right time as if God has sent them! 

So, if love exists in these many forms, there must be a possibility for True Love(Soul Mate/Lover/Partner) too. Then why is it hard to find a True Love Partner? 

How to find True Love?

It's hard to Find True Love because we are searching for Love in the wrong place! Haha..., yeah that's true. True Love can only happen when you are ready to give it first, which means, you should have the existence of True Love within your soul. 

Why & How?

Let's notice these 3 cases, Case-1, Case-2 & Case-3

Case-1: There are 2 people A & B. A is a complete person i.e., a person who is complete within himself & is happy within himself. So A is not searching for someone to come and complete him, but he is self sustained and happy being himself (doesn't mean that he doesn't need any love, just means that he's happy within). B is an incomplete person i.e., who is not complete from within & is waiting for someone to come and complete her so that she can be happy. Here B is not happy with herself, she is feeling like she needs someone, else she'll not be happy.

So, when these 2 people be in a relationship, it'll possibly end up in a breakup! 

Because A has to give as much as he can, while B receives to make herself complete, which in the long run makes A unhappy. A can't be happy unless he's complete in himself, but B is keep on taking from A & in return A is draining! This is Unhealthy Love which fails. But if B starts to work on herself by taking some time & finding her inner self might help this relation to last long!

Case-2: Consider C & D. Both C & D are incomplete and they can be happy only when someone completes them. So, C & D found each other and started a relationship. Even though both are happy being together but they realized that they can't be happy when they are alone!!! This is called as Co-dependency. One can't sustain without the other & their very existence is dependent on the other person. Hence, here there is no Scope for Self-growth & there is no scope for changes as one can't attain his highest self and one can never be complete within. When you don't work on yourself first, you can never get what you want, as you never knew what you want! This is like an Unhealthy addiction & it fails.

Case-3: Here are 2 other people X & Y. Both X & Y are complete within themselves, who are happy within. They do not search for happiness from outside, but they are ready to share their happiness with others so that the happiness increases and multiplies that bring greater joy. When X & Y be in a relation, they will share their happiness and they are the better version of themselves. As they know themselves very well, they will try to achieve goals together, help each other & also grow together by bringing the best out of everything without losing their individuality. Even at the time of struggle, they try to understand & work on it instead of seeing breakup as the only solution, together in all highs and lows & finding the best route to make life better. This is the best for of True Love that lasts forever & helps you bring the best out of You!

"Here the Key is to give Love & you can only give Love when you find it within yourself. As long as you don't attain that individuality, you can't find True Love."

Can Lust drag you away from your True Love?

The very definition of True Love is completely free from Lust. True Love is the true form of Love which can never give pain & hence it can't let a person to give into his/her lustful desires outside the Committed partnership. Even if we consider the difference between "Sex" & "Love Making", its true that Love Making feels more satisfied than having Sex as Sex is all about the act & Love Making is about the Person with whom you are having the act, where you are connected physically & soulfully with spirituality! 

So, when you truly Love, you'll always Value your person's happiness & hurting them hurts you. Just the way you can't replace your parents/siblings/friends..., in the same way you can't replace your partner who is truly in Love with you.

Is it possible to fall in Love again & again?

Psychology says that you can fall in Love many times in a life time, but your first Love will always be there in your mind. It also says that one person can be in Love with more than one person at the same time, but they don't love them equally!

But when we talk about True Love which is the most purest form, it is hard to find atleast one True Love in a life time. 

You might find yourself falling in love with a person who doesn't love you back, its one side Love and we can't consider it as True Love. A True Love(in a relationship) will be mutual give & take that increases your love for one another day by day rather than making you feel bored & drained.

A True Love never gives up on the other, it endures the pain, its patient & it never fails. Hence there will be no breakup in True Love Relationship, as both the partners are matured enough to work on their relationship & find a right way to solve issues, rather than seeing Breakup as the only solution. 

But if you've lost your Loved one(deceased), then you can definitely try to find the Love that's so true from another person as long as you are complete & self-sustained within yourself. And for this, you need to work on yourself to get away from the pain & be happy again.

Can Everyone find True Love?

As long as you are happy with yourself and take time to know a person deeply and love without any expectations, you might find your Soul Mate! But one can only have a successful relationship when both the partners are Soulful & Self sufficient within themselves, which is not so easy to find & can't say that its Impossible to find too.

Finally, Truth is what you Believe in. So, if you believe that True Love exists, then there is a high chance that you are gonna get it soon. You just have to take your time, work on knowing your inner self better and make yourself ready for it. You'll attract what you are. So, be your best and you'll receive the best.
